Developer Track Record

A developer's track record is the scale and history of the projects they have built — a proxy for delivery experience and completion risk, especially on off-plan condos.

How we calculate it

We read the developer from each building's FazWaz project page and surface their portfolio size (number of projects and total units). A larger book usually means a longer delivery record and lower completion risk, though it is not a guarantee of build quality on any single project. Stored as condos.developer / developer_project_count / developer_unit_count.
