Thai condos with EV charging on site: 31 buildings
Of 1563 buildings whose facilities we have read, 31 state that charging stations are on site. That is 2% — which is the useful finding: a charger is still the exception, and worth confirming with the juristic office before you commit, because a shared wall socket in the car park is not a charging station.
How this list is built
From the facilities block on each building's FazWaz project page, where 'Charging stations on site' is stated as yes or no. We publish only the yes answers and only for buildings we otherwise track, so every row links to measured prices and flood risk. Absence from this list means we have not read a facilities block, not that the building lacks a charger.
EV charging in Thai condos — frequently asked questions
Do Bangkok condos have EV chargers?▾
Very few confirm one. Across the buildings whose facilities we have read, about 2% state that charging stations are on site. Newer projects are far likelier than older ones, and the juristic office can tell you whether the chargers are shared, assigned, or billed per kWh.
Can I install my own charger in a condo parking space?▾
Only with the juristic person's approval, and most buildings refuse unless the car park's electrical capacity was designed for it. The parking space is usually common property allocated to you, not land you own, so the building decides.
Does a charger add to the CAM fee?▾
The electricity is normally billed to the user rather than the building, but maintenance of shared chargers comes out of common-area funds, which is one reason newer buildings quote a higher fee per square metre.
